How will I receive my digital purchase?

Upon completing your purchase you will be immediately provided a download link to your product(s). You will also be emailed a link to your download(s). If you don't receive your download via email, wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email spam folder. If you still haven't received your purchase, please contact us.

Do my download links expire/have a download limit?

Your download links expire after 24 hours, but do not have a download limit during that time. Please download immediately and keep your file safe. Download links are generated at the point of purchase, even if you are signed in, they will NOT be saved to your account.

Can I share the download with my friends?

Please direct your friends here so that they can buy the product themselves. Doing this helps support the authors who are trying to share Biblical Truth.

You may:
Use the digital products for personal use only.
Print the digital products to use with your family in your home.
Contact us directly for questions on multiple-use licenses.

You may not:
Give the digital products to anyone else.
Place the digital products on the internet (even a personal or church website).
Sharing our digital products is in violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

I need a new download link because I lost my link, my computer broke and I lost all my files, etc.

If you lost your link and need a new one within 45 days of your purchase, please contact us. After that point, it is our policy not to provide new download links. We suggest that you backup your files in the cloud or on an external device for safety.

What if I don’t like my products?

Since SelfieDadResources.com offers non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Please let us know if you have any questions prior to the purchase, contact us.
